RETURNS POLICY

Gaffa endevours to serve its client to offer the best experience. 

 Once the product is tried on, we will not accept any Return or Refund. But if certain criteria are met, we will try or best to help you out.

REFUND POLICY

• Refund process will be initiated after a check by Gaffa of the returned goods/products to ensure that clauses of return policy are adhered.
• Refund shall be subjected to deduction of the shipping cost as the shipping charge is non-refundable, as well as Payment Gateway Charges

• Refund will be processed and completed within 15 working days, from the date of acceptance of return/refund.
• In case of refund for Cash on Delivery order it can be processed through bank transfer as per bank details provided by client or can be credited to the customer’s account. Or we may create a Coupon code for the same amount.

Please note in case of prepaid orders, if the order being denied by customer after shipping by any reason, we shall be initiating the refund process to the customer without refunding the delivery and gateway charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Order cancellation can be accepted if the cancellation is made before dispatch of goods, cancellation refund will be processed within 15 working days. The company will charge 2.5% gateway charge and refund the balance amount to the card holder.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • A product can be exchanged, if the following criteria are met :
  • There is a product defect, or mismatch in Size.
  • We are notified within 24 hours of delivery received. 
  • Product is unused, in original Packaging.
  • If there is a mistake on our part, we will Exchange Free of Cost. But if there is a customer error, conveyance fees will be applicable.
